【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isconcernedwiththelimitationofvoltagefluctuationsandflickerimpressedonthepubliclow-voltagesystem.Itspecifieslimitsofvoltagechangeswhichmaybeproducedbyanequipmenttestedunderspecifiedconditionsandgivesguidanceonmethodsofassessment.ThispartofIEC61000isapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipmenthavinganinputcurrentequaltoorlessthan16Aperphase,intendedtobeconnectedtopubliclow-voltagedistributionsystemsofbetween220Vand250Vlinetoneutralat50Hz,andnotsubjecttoconditionalconnection.EquipmentwhichdoesnotcomplywiththelimitsofthispartofIEC61000whentestedwiththereferenceimpedanceZrefof6.4,andwhichthereforecannotbedeclaredcompliantwiththispart,mayberetestedorevaluatedtoshowconformitywithIEC61000-3-11.Part3-11isapplicabletoequipmentwithratedinputcurrent75Aperphaseandsubjecttoconditionalconnection.Thetestsaccordingtothispartaretypetests.ParticulartestconditionsaregiveninAnnexAandthetestcircuitisshowninFigure1.NOTEThelimitsinthispartofIEC61000arebasedmainlyonthesubjectiveseverityofflickerimposedonthelightfrom230V/60Wcoiled-coilfilamentlampsbyfluctuationsofthesupplyvoltage.Forsystemswithnominalvoltagelessthan220Vlinetoneutraland/orfrequencyof60Hz,thelimitsandreferencecircuitvaluesareunderconsideration.
