【摘要】:Appliestoglass,coatedglassandmaterialsopaqueinthefarinfraredwavelengths.Givesthefundamentalrulesforcalculatingthethermaltransmittanceintheglazingcentralarea(edgeeffectsarenotincluded).TherulesareintendedtoenabletheheatlossthroughglazinginabuildingtobeestimatedfromtheUvaluesand,togetherwithheatlossesthroughtheopaqueelementsofthebuilding,areusedtodeterminethecapacityoftheheatingorcoolingplant.Inaddition,Uvaluesforotherpurposes(e.g.condensationonglazingsurfaces,seasonalheatlossthroughglazing)canbecalculatedusingthesameprocedure.
