【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheinternaland/orexternalpolyamidepowdercoatingsappliedbydippinginafluidisedbedorbyspraying,orbyroto-coating.Thesecoatingsareintendedfortheprotectiontheinnerandoutersurfacesofsteeltubesandtheirfittings(components)usedascomponentpartsofpipelines.Thisstandardmayalsobeappliedforaccessories,suchasvalves,pumps,screens,etc.Thistypeofcoatingisusedfortheprotectionofburied,submergedorabovegroundpipelinesconveyingfluidsatworkingtemperaturesbetween0℃and+60℃.Otherworkingservicetemperaturescanbeusedafteragreementbetweenthepurchaserandthecoater.Thecoatingscoveredbythisstandardareapplicabletolongitudinallyorspirallyweldedsteeltubesandtoseamlesssteeltubesandtheirfittingscomponentsusedfortheconstructionofpipelinesconveyingliquids.TheinternalcoatingoftubestobeusedforthetransportationofwaterintendedforhumanconsumptionshouldnotaffectthequalityofthatwatertosuchanextentthatitfailstocomplywiththerequirementsoftheEUandEFTAregulations.Forthispurpose,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantnationalregulationsandstandards,transposingENstandardswhenavailable,dealingwiththeinfluenceofmaterialsonwaterqualityandtotherequirementsforcoatings.NOTEAEuropeanAcceptanceScheme(EAS)isincourseofdevelopmentinrelationtotheCPDandtheDWD.Itsrequirementswillbeintroducedinthisstandardwhencompleted.
