【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthreemethodsofdeterminingthefinenessofcement.Thesievingmethodservesonlytodemonstratethepresenceofcoarsecementparticles.Thismethodisprimarilysuitedtocheckingandcontrollingtheproductionprocess.Theair-jetsievingmethodmeasurestheretentiononsievingandissuitableforparticleswhichsubstantiallypassa2,0mmtestsieve.Itmaybeusedtodeterminetheparticlesizedistributionofagglomeratesofveryfineparticles.Thismethodmaybeusedwithtestsievesinarangeofaperturesizes,e.g.63?mand90?m.Theairpermeabilitymethod(Blaine)measuresthespecificsurface(massrelatedsurface)bycomparisonwithareferencecementsample.Thedeterminationofthespecificsurfaceservesprimarilytochecktheconsistencyofthegrindingprocessofoneandthesameplant.Thismethodonlyenablesalimitedassessmenttobemadeofthepropertiesofthecementinuse.NOTETheairpermeabilitymethodmaynotgivesignificantresultsforcementscontainingultrafinematerials.ThemethodsareapplicabletoallthecementsdefinedinEN197.
